The MSA hats come with a comfortable and adjustable 4 point Staz-On(r) suspension. The standard suspension is a pin-lock variety; however, a ratchet suspension can be ordered separately. Both suspensions are adjustable for head sizes 6.5 to 8 which will fit most adults.
